The ministry of Bible Work is central to the theme of Matthew 29:19, which is called the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. It is also the central theme of total ministry at San Diego 31st Street Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Bible Workers are the teaching arm of the church. Through personal outreach, they gather, teach, and prepare for baptism and services, those who want to unite with Christ and carry out the Great Commission as one of His disciples.

Bible Workers at San Diego 31st Street Seventh-day Adventist Church specialize in the art of giving Bible Studies through the use of various methods of Evangelism. We give personal attention by one-on-one study and/or provide an interactive environment through group Bible study. This service is provided for children, teens, and adults.

Please note the Bible Workers post updates on an additional, indepent website to be found here

Our Focus:

Teaching and evangelism

Our Aim:

Grow the membership of church and prepare people to perform ministry.

Our Plan:

Plant seeds of hope in the community by serving our clients in the places where they are: in their homes, at special events, and other public areas where they congregate. We make personal contact, establish friendships, pray for special needs, distribute literature, win their interest and enroll them in Bible Study.

Student Nurture:

We connect our students with other ministries of the church to provide assistance with special needs and personal development.

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.” Matthew 29:19
